Randall Crossing consists of six acres in Algonquin, Illinois located on the South-West corner of Randall Road & County Line Road. BDG annexed the property in Algonquin, sub-divided the lot into three parcels, 2-10,000 square feet out-lots (North & South end of the property) each ready for a 8,000 square foot free standing building. Building 3 will consists of 20,000 SQFT free standing strip mall building. The 20,000sqft building includes tenants as Dunkin Donuts, See’s Candies, Great Clips & a Chinese Restaurant. The South out lot has been leased to Mimi’s Café (owned by Bob Evens Company). The development has been annexed into the Village of Algonquin, project totaling Nine Million (9,000,00,00).
